The Platform integrates with third-party services including Yahoo Finance (market data), Google Gemini (AI analysis), and Pushover (notifications). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaHunter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaHunter and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
